What is Gourmet?
The word gourmet is both a noun and an adjective. If a person claims to be this, they are a connoisseur of fine food and drink. That means they have the knowledge and expertise to make critical judgments about the taste of something, like our talented and creative Wobbly Boots BBQ chefs!
When used as an adjective, like the way you might choose to describe the best BBQ at the Lake of the Ozarks, gourmet means that high quality and exotic ingredients are used and the food is prepared in an extremely specialized and skilled way. Everyone in our kitchen is most definitely highly skilled when it comes to whipping up something amazing and delicious. One area of the menu where that is clearly evident is the Gourmet Sandwiches & Wraps section.

6-Pepper Steak Po Boy
Thinly shaved smoked prime rib and melted Swiss cheese smothered in our zesty 6-pepper sauce.
Fried Shrimp Po Boy
A delicious combination of hand-breaded shrimp with lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo served on a hoagie.
Salmon BLT
Grilled salmon filet served on a hoagie with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado mayo.
Hot Cheesy Stripper
Grilled or breaded chicken tenders tossed in our hot chipotle sauce and topped with melted provolone cheese on a hoagie roll.
Big Texas BLT
This home-style sandwich is loaded with bacon, lettuce, and tomato stacked between two pieces of Texas toast and served with a side of mayo.
Texas Style Club
Ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, Provolone cheese, and avocado mayo served between two pieces of wheatberry bread.
Reubens
Classic grilled marbled rye bread, warm sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing, and melted Swiss cheese with your choice of either house-smoked corned beef, lean turkey breast, or for a twist, smoked sausage!

The Original Wobbly Boots' wrap! Lightly grilled turkey breast served in a warm wheat tortilla stuffed full of bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar-jack cheese, and ranch dressing.
Turkey Avocado Wrap
Hickory-smoked 100% breast of turkey served in a wheat tortilla with avocado, avocado mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar-jack cheese.
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
