Nothing says BBQ like a plate full of ribs! We coat ours with an extra-special dry rub that we created especially for Wobbly Bots BBQ. Next, they are slow-smoked over hickory until they are the perfect degree of tender and juicy. Here are the different ways that you can enjoy the best ribs at the Lake of the Ozarks:

Best Chicken Wings
Our Wobbly Wings have been the talk of the town since we started serving them all those years ago! First, we take jumbo chicken wings and coat them in our house dry rub. Next, they are slow-roasted in our hickory pit for optimal flavor. Last but not least, we serve them up to you coated in your favorite wing sauce with a side or ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
No matter how hungry you are, we've got a plate for you! Wobbly Wings come in orders of 5, 10, 20, or 30, and you can enjoy them plain, straight out of the smoker, or with one of the following savory sauces:

Best Server - Jessica Simpson
If you've had the pleasure of having Jessica as your server at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse, you can understand why this wonderful young woman has earned the title of Best Server 2 years in a row! She knows the Boot inside and out, and she's always got a smile on her face and a helpful suggestion if you can't decide what to order. Jessica does an amazing job of making everyone feel right at home, and we're extremely proud to have her as a member of the Boot family!
Friendliest Restaurant
Not only can we boast the best server, but also the title of the Friendliest Restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks! Everyone that works here is part of a happy family, and we extend that down-home, friendly feeling to every person that walks through the door to dine with us. We take pride in the food that we serve, and also in the way that we treat the wonderful people that care to enjoy it.
