May is BBQ Month - Come In and Celebrate With Us!

It's that wonderful time of year again when the rest of the world pays as much attention to the amazing food known as BBQ as we do all year long! May is National BBQ Month, and Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in Osage Beach has the best BBQ to celebrate it with. 



Our unique "hybrid style" of BBQ, influenced by the BBQ meccas of the U.S.A. (Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis, and Texas,) is one reason we have the best BBQ at the Lake of the Ozarks. That amazing house-made BBQ sauce and the friendly service it's all served up with make it even better. Every piece of mouthwatering meat we serve spends the perfect amount of time being slow-smoked over hickory, giving it a savory, full-flavored taste that people can't seem to get enough of. 

Wobbly Boots BBQ has been piling up national awards from some of the most prestigious contests in the country for over 20 years. All of that practice creating delicious dishes benefits you, right here in the lake area. Here's a little bit of what you can expect when you sit down to order. 



Hickory-Smoked Meats

Smoked Meat on a Bun
We serve up some of our incredible meats on a locally-baked kaiser roll, sandwich style, in either 5-ounce or 8-ounce portions. It comes out "wet" (with our amazing house-made BBQ sauce on it) but you can request it "dry" if you wanna add the sauce yourself. All of theses sandwiches are served with one of our homestyle side dishes. 

-Hand-Pulled PorkOur pork is slow-smoked over hickory for 16 hours, then hand-pulled and trimmed. 
-Beef BrisketOur juicy beef brisket is slow-smoked for 10 hours and sliced for maximum tenderness. 
-Turkey Breast100% white meat turkey breast smoked to perfection. 
-Pit Ham: Lean, thin-sliced, and double-smoked.


Smoked Meat Plates
If you prefer your meat without the bun, you can order up your choice of either 1, 2, or 3 different hickory-smoked meats to chow down on. Each plate comes with a piece of Texas toast and one of our amazing side dishes. 

All of the meats listed above are available to choose from, plus Smoked Sausage and Burnt Ends. (Don't miss the Burnt Ends Sandwich on our menu too, topped with our creamy coleslaw!)   

Bad To The Bone BBQ
Those aren't the only meats we cook up in our smoker out back! The following meals are served with Texas toast and your choice of one side dish. 



Baby Back Ribs
A slab of tender, meaty ribs coated with our dry rub & slow-smoked, lightly grilled, and basted with our secret recipe sauce before serving. Available as a full slab or half slab. 

Classic Pork Spare Ribs
For the true BBQ lover! Juicy pork spare ribs coated with our special dry rub and slow-roasted over hickory logs. Served as a full slab or half slab.

Hickory Smoked 1/2 Chicken
Our classic chicken dinner, spice-rubbed, smoked, and glazed in homemade BBQ sauce.

BBQ Chicken & Ribs Combo
A delicious combination of mouthwatering 'que! Half a BBQ chicken and a half slab of pork spare ribs. 

Burnt Ends
Double-rubbed and double-smoked brisket tips in a beer BBQ sauce, available while they last! (Don't worry, once they're gone, we'll be making more soon!)  



You can find all of these mouthwatering meats throughout the Wobbly Boots Roadhouse menu within the different dishes. That amazing house-made BBQ sauce goes great with all of it too. As a matter of fact, you can get your very own 16-ounce bottle to take home to flavor all your meals!
