Slow-smoked sliced prime rib served with smashed potatoes & gravy and green beans.

Chicken Fried Steak

Hand-breaded, crisp fried chicken served with mashed potatoes & country style cream gravy with green beans.  

Open Faced Smoked Turkey

The way Mom used to make it!  Delicious smoked turkey served open-faced on white bread with smashed potatoes & turkey gravy and green beans. 

Country Fried Pork

Our famous hand-breaded pork tenderloin served open-faced with smashed potatoes & country style cream gravy and green beans.  

Loaded Baker

A HUGE baked potato stuffed with your choice of our smoked pork, beef, ham, or turkey, then topped with crumbled bacon, green onions, cheddar-jack cheese, and our house recipe BBQ sauce.
