Smoked Prime Rib is Back at the Boot!

During the time that we were only able to offer curbside pickup, we put our weekly Smoked Prime Rib Dinners on hold. Well, the wait is now over! 

Smoked Prime Rib Dinners are once again available every weekend at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse because the dining room is once again open! Here's a closer look at that delicious dish plus a few other ways you can get your prime rib fix at the Boot. 



Prime Rib Dinner at the Boot
The hickory-smoked prime rib dinner at our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant is a special dish that we reserve for a weekend treat every Friday and Saturday night after 5:00 pm. We take extra care in preparing this hearty meal especially for you every weekend. (Of course, if you get a craving for steak any other day of the week, the Boots' Roadhouse Rib-Eye is sure to hit the spot too.) 

Each serving of prime rib is hand-cut, perfectly seasoned, and slow-smoked to perfection. It's available as either a 10-oz. 14-oz. or 18-oz. cut and is served with a great big slice of Texas toast and your choice of one of our amazing homestyle side dishes. 



What Makes Prime Rib So Irresistible?
Prime rib is one of the most savory, juicy, and flavorful cuts of meat you can get from a cow. This particular cut of beef is sometimes referred to as a standing rib roast and it's the finest cut of beef you will find. 

It is cut from the primal rib, one of the eight primal cuts of beef. The amount of marbling found on prime rib makes a big difference in the quality. The more fat that is woven throughout a particular cut, the more tender and juicy the final product will taste. 



More Ways to Enjoy Prime Rib at the Boot
Although our Prime Rib Dinners are reserved for the weekend, we offer an excellent variety of menu items at our family restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks that feature shaved prime rib as one of the main ingredients. These incredible dishes can be ordered for lunch or dinner 7 days a week! 

6-Pepper Steak Po' Boy
Thin-shaved smoked prime rib and Swiss cheese topped with our 6-pepper sauce. 

Prime Rib Hot Beef
Shaved prime rib served over bread with smashed potatoes & beef gravy plus green beans. 

Prime Rib French Dip
Thin-shaved smoked prime rib and melted Swiss cheese on a hoagie served with a side of au jus. 

Prime Rib Melt
Succulent house-smoked shaved prime rib topped with Swiss on sourdough bread served with our house-made horsey sauce on the side for an extra kick.



Come & Get It!
Yes, the dining room is now open! We are following the suggested guidelines for social distancing. Tables have been moved accordingly to make this possible. The wait for a table may take a little longer than usual, but it will definitely be worth the wait! 

We are still offering curbside pickup at the Lake of the Ozarks for to-go orders too. Simply give us a call at 573-348-2277, tell us what you'd like, and we'll have it ready for you, fresh and hot, when you pull up in the parking lot. But, if you're ready to join us in the dining room, we are very excited to welcome you back!
