Hickory-Smoked Turkey
Over the years we've managed to master the perfect cooking times for all of the best hickory-smoked meats at the Lake of the Ozarks, including turkey. You can either bring one in for us to cook or simply make the order and pick up one of ours instead.
If you already have a turkey and you just need for us to put it into the Wobbly Boots smoker, we are happy to do that for $1 per pound. An even easier route is to let us provide the turkey. Those are $50 and that way, all you have to do is order it and pick it up when it's ready!
Either way you decide to have us smoke your turkey this year, call 573-348-2277 now to make arrangements so we will have plenty of time to get your bird cooked. Also, if you'd like us to provide a few of our homestyle side dishes for your meal, that can also be arranged!
Holiday Parties Beyond Thanksgiving
Once Thanksgiving has come and gone, the holiday season will be in full swing. That means parties, family gatherings, and all kinds of big group activities where you will need to feed a hungry bunch of people.
The Barrett Restaurant Group, which is made up of the talented culinary geniuses of Wobbly Boots Roadhouse, Dog Days Bar & Grill, and Shorty Pants Lounge, can create a menu that will have all of your guests fully fed and deliciously satisfied.
In addition to the types of cuisine each of those restaurants is known for, our experienced staff can help you to create a customized menu for any type of special event as well. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or break time, just tell us what you'd like to serve and we'll do our very best to make it happen.
No event is too big and likewise, no event is too small either! You can order food to go and pick it up yourself or in many cases, we can load up the Wobbly Boots van and deliver it directly to you. Call us at 573-348-2277 at least one week prior to your event so that arrangements can be made.
All of our catering is done on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you already have a date set, call and reserve it as soon as possible. There are only so many days between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day and quite a lot of people that would love to have Wobbly Boots BBQ at their event! The sooner you get on our catering calendar, the sooner you can start letting everyone know that the food at your party is going to be irresistible!
