- Burgers
- We've got the best, hand-pattied burgers in town made from a special blend of certified Black Angus chuck, brisket, and short rib. There are 7 burgers to choose from on the menu plus we feature a different specialty burger every week.
- Steak
- You'll find juicy, hickory-smoked prime rib as the main ingredient in many of our gourmet sandwiches plus an amazing Roadhouse Rib-eye on the menu every day. Each Friday & Saturday after 5 pm you can also enjoy an unbelievably delicious Smoked Prime Rib Dinner.
- Chicken
- Our BBQ menu features a 1/2 chicken that has been spice-rubbed, hickory-smoked, and glazed in our homemade BBQ sauce. We also have a nice variety of "yard bird" sandwiches for you to choose from as well. Don't forget about those Wobbly Wings too. (Always a terrific choice!)
- Hot Dogs
- You actually won't find any hot dogs here (unless you count the mini corn dogs on the kids' menu) but we do serve mouthwatering, hickory-smoked sausage. That's 100-times tastier than a regular ol' hot dog!
