There are certain foods that seem to pair perfectly with watching sports, and we've got quite a few of them on the menu at our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant. Wobbly Wings
Anything that you can skip the silverware and eat with your hands is perfect for tailgating, and our famous hickory-smoked Wobbly Wings are always delicious, no matter what the situation. (Just make sure you have lots of napkins nearby!) When ordering our Wobbly Wings to go, consider getting your favorite sauces on the side for dipping to make it a little less messy.
Ribs
Another great food to enjoy in the parking is a big ol' slab of ribs. Instead of dragging your grill along with you, simply swing by the Boot and pick up a few of ours instead. Baby Back Ribs and Classic Pork Spare Ribs are available, both coated in our special dry rub, slow-smoked over hickory logs to perfection, and then coated in our house recipe BBQ sauce. Lick your lips delicious!
Hickory-Smoked Meats
Any one (or a few) of our incredible hickory-smoked meats can be ordered in bulk along with Kaiser rolls or slider buns. Set up a buffet line for your fellow football fans and let them build their own sandwiches with Hand-Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Turkey Breast, Pit Ham, and Sliced Smoked Sausage Links. If you will have plates and silverware handy, you might also want to pick up a few of our family-style side dishes in bulk to serve alongside those tasty meats.
