BBQ Month & Burger Month - We Serve the Best of Both!

It turns out that May is the month that knows where all the best flavors are at! It is National Burger Month, which we're pretty excited about at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse because we serve up the best burgers in town. It is also National BBQ Month, which is even more exciting to the best BBQ restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks, because nobody beats us at that.  




Best Burgers

Our burgers are the best in the Midwest, and there is a very good reason for that. We serve only 100% hand-pattied black Angus ground chuck for each and every one of our tasty burger creations. They are grilled up on a flat-top iron and served on a fresh Kaiser bun with one of our amazing side dishes. Check these out:

Farm Boy Burger
A juicy, flavorful classic, cooked the way you like it!

Hickory Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger

Now that's a mouthful! A half-pound burger topped with our house recipe BBQ sauce, hickory smoked bacon, & good old American cheese.

Ham, Mushroom, Swiss Burger

Our famous Farm Boy Burger topped with pit ham, sauteed mushrooms, and Swiss cheese.

Patty Melt
Our famous burger topped with sauteed onions & Swiss cheese, served on grilled marbled rye bread.

Beale Street Burger

Our tribute to the South! Topped with pulled pork & creamy cole slaw.

Black & Bleu Burger

Our Farm Boy Burger spiced up with Cajun seasoning and topped with bleu cheese crumbles.

El Diablo Burger
A real mouth-burner! Topped with ghost pepper cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and our zesty 6-Pepper sauce.





Best BBQ 

More than likely, if you haven't had a taste of our savory, mouth-watering, hickory-smoked BBQ yet, then you've probably heard about it. The Lake of the Ozarks has voted Wobbly Boots BBQ the "Best of the Lake" for 6 years in a row! We have created an award-winning, unique blend of the tastiest flavors around.

Our BBQ style is a hybrid of the best of the best: Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis, Texas, and the deep south. We generously coat the meats in our special dry rub, then slow-smoke them over hickory for the tenderest, juiciest, most flavorful food you have ever tasted. To top it all off, our house-recipe BBQ sauce makes all the difference. You can even take a bottle of it home with you! Here are some of the delicious dishes on our menu, all served with a home style side dish.

Smoked Meat on a Bun
All of our smoked meat sandwiches come wet (with sauce) but you are welcome to request it dry and add the sauce yourself. A fresh Kaiser bun contains your choice of the following:

  • Pit Ham - lean, thin-sliced, double-smoked ham
  • Pulled Pork - slow-smoked over hickory for 16 hours, then hand-pulled & trimmed
  • Beef Brisket - slow-smoked for 10 hours & sliced for maximum tenderness
  • Turkey Breast - 100% white meat turkey breast smoked to perfection


Smoked Meat Plates
Choose from our incredible smoked meat options: 

  • Hand-pulled pork

  • Pit Ham
  • Smoked Sausage

1 giant portion of your favorite meat.

Award-Winning Wobbly Wings
Juicy, jumbo chicken wings coated in our house dry rub and slow-roasted in our hickory pit. There are four amazing sauces to choose from:

  • BBQ - Our house recipe sauce. A great addition to anything!
  • Original - A sauce like no other. Try it, you'll be hooked.
  • Chipotle Buffalo - Our version of traditional buffalo.
  • Teriyaki - Sweet meets heat. Delicious!

Baby Back Ribs
Tender, meaty ribs coated with our dry rub & slow-smoked, lightly grilled, & basted with our secret recipe sauce before serving. 

Hickory Smoked Half Chicken
Our classic chicken dinner, spice rubbed, smoked, and glazed in homemade BBQ sauce. 

Classic Pork Spare Ribs
For the true BBQ lover! Juicy pork spare ribs coated with our special dry rub & slow roasted over hickory logs. 

BBQ Chicken & Ribs Combo
A delicious combination of mouthwatering 'que! Half a BBQ chicken & a half slab of pork spare ribs.
