'Twas the night before Christmas, when all around the Lake
Not a creature was stirring - not even Uncle Jake!
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
In hopes that Wobbly Boots BBQ soon would be there.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Wobbly Wings danced in their heads.
And mamma in her 'kerchief and I in my cap
Had just sneaked away for a Wobbly Boots snack!
When out on the town there arose such a clatter,
We sprang from the table to see what was the matter.
Away to the restaurant, we flew like a flash
We didn't just run -- we practically dashed!
The TVs were glowing as we stood in the door
And our craving for BBQ grew even more.
When what to our wondering eyes should appear
But a miniature sleigh and eight tiny reindeer.
With a little old driver so lively and quick,We knew in a moment he must be St. Nick.
More rapid than eagles, they swept onto the scene,
And he shouted the names of Wobbly Boots BBQ things.
"Now Wings! Now Brisket! Now Steak! Now Chicken!
On Ham! On Pork! On Turkey and Salmon!
Come quick to the kitchen, come quick to the grill
It's time to start cooking - and believe us, WE WILL!"
The elves at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse are hard at work preparing the best food at the Lake this holiday season, especially for you. We want to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
Wobbly Boots will be closed on Christmas Day so our employees can spend time with their families, but our bar will open at 5:00 PM on Christmas evening. If you're looking for an excuse to get out of the house, bring your whole crew to Wobbly Boots for a wonderful evening of Christmas cocktails. See you soon!
