Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
A delicious app that we've perfected! Large gulf shrimp are individually wrapped with our hickory-smoked bacon and grilled to perfection.
Bacon Wrapped Meatballs
House-blend sausage is wrapped with smoky bacon, then tossed in cheddar & bourbon BBQ sauce.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Smoked chicken breast is mixed into a buffalo creamy cheese dip, topped with Provel cheese, then baked to a golden brown and served with tri-colored tortilla chips.
Nachos
The influence of all three restaurants means we've got plenty of nacho recipes to please any crowd! The Boot's BBQ Pork Nachos include spicy queso sauce, pulled pork, baked beans, cheddar-jack cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions. Shorty Pants brings you Blackened Chicken Nachos, created from Turbodog cheese sauce, spicy chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapenos. And of course Dog Days nachos are smothered in chili con queso, pico de gallo, and jalapenos, and come with your choice of Spicy Ground Beef, Steak, Jerk Chicken, or Seafood. So many choices!
Chicken Tenders
Always a great finger food to have on hand while watching the game! Fresh chicken tenders are hand-breaded and cooked to a golden brown. Dip them in our incredible housemade BBQ sauce or one of our awesome wing sauces.
Hickory Smoked Wings
Our award winning wings simply can't be beat! Jumbo, juicy chicken wings are coated in our house dry rub, slow-roasted in our hickory pit, and can be served up as is or tossed in one of our tasty sauces: BBQ, Original, Chipotle Buffalo, or Teriyaki. We can even rustle up some additional flavors that our sister restaurants offer, including: Extra Hot, Spicy Garlic, Garlic Parmesan, or Honey Habanero. (We suggest ordering a few of each kind!)
Hickory Smoked Meats
A big platter of any one (or all) of our savory hickory smoked meats is sure to be a crowd pleaser, and we can even send along the kaiser rolls or slider buns for convenient mini sandwiches. You are always more than welcome to join us here at the best BBQ restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks to watch the Super Bowl. We'll have all the action front and center on our 21 TVs, including the giant projection screen on stage. There's not a bad seat in the house!
As always, we'll have our All-Day-Sunday Happy Hour specials throughout the game. That includes large BBQ Pork Nachos for just $7.99, and Pulled Pork Sliders are only $2 each or 3 for $5. That's in addition to our regular menu filled with all of your favorites, a fully stocked bar, and 21 beers on tap to cheers with every time your favorite team scores.
