Don't Miss Our Next Fireside Whiskey Dinner - March 5

Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in Osage Beach has another very tasteful evening in the making for you on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at 6:30 pm. It's time for another one of the extremely popular Fireside Whiskey Dinners at our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant. Anyone that enjoys a great whiskey or gourmet food will love this pairing event and, if you love both of those things, then this is an evening you do not want to miss!  

Monthly whiskey pairing dinners have become somewhat of a winter tradition here at the Boot. We set them up in the side room by the fireplace. Chef Kevin McCowan creates a menu that is extraordinarily delicious and our expert mixologist perfectly pairs each of the 5 courses with an amazing whiskey.

1st Course

-Rainbow carrot salad with spicy pork belly burnt ends and herbed cabernet vinegar reduction

-Smoked gumbo with shrimp, andouille, and pickled onion & okra

-Chargrilled oyster with sundried tomato, wilted spinach, shallots, and shaved Parmesan

-Drunken Frenched chicken cassoulet with malted veal reduction and colcannon

-Chocolate banana bread pudding and praline foster

These special evenings give us a chance to highlight some of the many unbelievable whiskeys that we carry behind the bar. Wobbly Boots Roadhouse was recognized by the Great Bourbon team from GreatBourbon.com as one of the Great Bourbon Bars of America. (Pretty great, huh!) We're getting ready to host another gourmet Fireside Whiskey Dinner at our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant & bar. This is gearing up to be one amazing evening at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in Osage Beach that you do NOT want to miss!

A Night of Rare Bourbons & Gourmet Foods at the Lake of the Ozarks

Baby, it's cold outside! Time to pull a chair up by the fire and enjoy a hot, gourmet meal with a glass of the best bourbon at the Lake of the Ozarks. You can do exactly that with the first of a series of Fireside Bourbon Dinners at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse! These have been extremely popular in the past, and we're excited to bring them back once again. The hosting distillery for December's dinner is Buffalo Trace Distillery and Sazerac.  

Limited Tickets Available
The first Fireside Bourbon Dinner for the season at our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant will take place on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at 6:30 pm. Dinner will be served in our private dining room next to the fireplace and seating is limited to the first 20 people that purchase tickets. Tickets for the 5-course dinner and whiskey pairing are $125 per person and can be picked up at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in Osage Beach. 

A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the Lake of the Ozarks Idiots Club. The primary goal of these "jesters of Goodwill" is to improve the self-esteem of in-need local children by providing basic needs and making it possible for them to participate in school or community activities.
