Down-Home Sandwiches So Delicious, You'll See Them Again In Your Dreams!

Sure, we make sandwiches at our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant but they're not "just your average ol' sandwiches". Here at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in Osage Beach, we serve great big down-home sandwiches that will make your mouth water and create such amazing dining memories, you'll be dreaming about when you can get back to the Boot for more! 

Sandwiches at Wobbly Boots BBQ come in a variety of ways with a variety of ingredients. The majority of these dishes are served using the best smoked meats at the Lake of the Ozarks and our very own house-recipe BBQ sauce. Here's a closer look at the many, many different sandwiches we've got for you to pick from. 


Hand-Breaded Pork Tenderloin
An Iowa tradition, done deliciously here in mid-MO! This generous cut of pork tenderloin is hand-breaded and fried to a golden brown. 

Crusty Cuban
House-pulled pork, pit ham, pickles, house mustard, and Swiss cheese pressed to crispy perfection. 

Big Texas BLT
This home-style sandwich is loaded with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo stacked between two pieces of Texas toast. 

Southern Style Pork
A pulled pork sandwich with a Carolina twist - topped with our creamy coleslaw. 


Prime Rib French Dip
Thin-shaved smoked prime rib and melted Swiss cheese on a hoagie served with a side of au jus. 

Prime Rib Melt
Succulent house-smoked shaved prime rib topped with Swiss cheese on grilled sourdough bread and served with our house-made horsey sauce on the side for an extra kick! 

6-Pepper Steak Po' Boy
Thin-shaved smoked prime rib and Swiss cheese topped with our 6-pepper sauce. 

Smothered Brisket
Beef brisket smothered with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and green peppers topped with Swiss cheese. 

Texas 2-Step
A jumbo portion of smoked beef brisket topped with slices of smoked sausage and BBQ sauce. 


Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich
A hand-breaded, deep-fried chicken breast seasoned to perfection and served on a toasted bun with dill pickle chips, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a side of mayo. 

Hot Cheesy Stripper
Breaded chicken tenders tossed in our hot chipotle sauce with melted Provolone cheese on a hoagie roll. 

Grilled Chicken Sandwich
A 7-oz. juicy chicken breast grilled to perfection and served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion with a side of mayo. 

Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich
A 7-oz. juicy chicken breast topped with teriyaki sauce, grilled ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and grilled pineapple. 


Fried Shrimp Po' Boy
A delicious combination of hand-breaded shrimp with lettuce, tomato, and Cajun mayo served on a hoagie. You might want to try it tossed in our Buffalo sauce! 

Blackened Salmon Sandwich
A blackened salmon filet served on a hoagie with lettuce, tomato, and a roasted pepper and tomato aioli. 

Catfish BLT
A southern-style catfish filet coated in seasoned cornmeal and fried to a golden brown, then served on a hoagie with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Cajun mayo. 

You Choose the Meat!

Reubens (3 to choose from!) 
Classic grilled marble rye bread, warm sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing, and melted Swiss cheese plus your choice of either house-smoked corned beef, lean turkey breast, or smoked sausage. 

Smoked Meats on a Bun
We offer an incredible variety of our smoked meats on a locally-baked Kaiser roll in either 5-oz. or 8-oz. servings (or pick 4-oz. of a combo of 2 types of meat.) Your mouthwatering meat choices include:

  • Burnt Ends (While they last!)
