The menu at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in Osage Beach is packed full of delicious dishes, each option more mouthwatering than the next! Newcomers to our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant often ask for suggestions of which of the many menu items they should order.
Depending on which server is asked, those suggestions may vary slightly. (There are just so many amazing foods to choose from!) If you're not sure exactly what to order the next time you're at Wobbly Boots BBQ, any one of the following dishes will make your taste buds very happy.
Wobbly Wings
Our JUMBO chicken wings have been bringing people to our Lake of the Ozarks family restaurant since we originally opened the doors. The house dry rub that we prepare them with is fantastic and the slow-roasting process over hickory turns them into the most mouthwatering wings you've ever tasted!
Many diners like eating our wings plain, right out of the smoker, but we've also got 5 other equally delicious ways to enjoy them.
- BBQ - Our house recipe sauce, which is a great addition to anything!
- Original - A mustard-based sauce like no other.
- Chipotle Buffalo - Our version of traditional Buffalo.
- Teriyaki - Sweet and delicious!
- Trashed - Our smoked wings deep-fried before serving.
Ribs
You simply cannot run a successful BBQ joint without having some amazing ribs on the menu. Here at the Boot, we've got two amazing kinds to choose from.
Our dry-rubbed Baby Back Ribs and Classic Pork Spare Ribs spend the perfect amount of time in the smoker. Then they're lightly grilled and basted in our delicious house recipe BBQ sauce. We offer a half-rack option but if you get the full rack instead and can't quite finish it all, you'll have tasty leftovers to enjoy later! (Be warned though, it's hard to quit eating these once you get started, so come in hungry!)
Burnt Ends
This delicacy starts out as a part of our customer-favorite Beef Brisket but the small chunks from the ends of that are removed, double-rubbed, double-smoked, and coated in an incredible beer BBQ sauce. This extra special treatment turns them into the tender, flavorful pieces of beef that diners at the Boot can't seem to get enough of. They are only available while supplies last, but don't let that worry you. If we run out today we'll just make more tomorrow!
Pulled Pork Nachos
You might not expect to see nachos on a BBQ menu but it all makes sense once you see the taste-tempting toppings we put on our version. Tri-color tortilla chips are covered with spicy queso sauce and then topped with our own hickory-smoked pulled pork, baked beans, cheddar-jack cheese, tomatoes, and onions. That's a lot of deliciousness for just one plate!
Turkey Avocado Wrap
The Turkey Avocado Wrap isn't the only wrap on our menu but it's one that gets ordered often around her. The main ingredient is our hickory-smoked breast of turkey. We surround that with avocado, avocado mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar-jack cheese and then wrap it all up inside a wheat tortilla. A flavor combination that is hard to resist!
Meatloaf
Our Smoked Meatloaf is not exactly like your mom used to make but it's definitely every bit as good! (Dare we say... better!) Juicy ground beef is seasoned with veggies and spices, then we add our own Wobbly Boots twist by slow-roasting the handmade meatloaf instead of baking it. This mouthwatering dish is served open-faced with green beans, smashed potatoes, and beef gravy. Absolutely one of our best!
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
This appetizer featuring a small sea creature offers BIG flavor! We take six large Gulf shrimp and wrap each one individually in our hickory-smoked bacon. After that, the pairing is grilled to perfection before coming out of the kitchen for you to enjoy.
Baked Potato Soup
Year-round (even on a hot summer day) our Baked Potato Soup is simply irresistible! This incredibly rich and creamy soup is full of big chunks of potatoes. That would be great alone, but we also garnish it with cheddar-jack cheese, green onions, and crumbled bits of our hickory-smoked bacon. YUM!!!
6-Pepper Steak Po' Boy
We have quite a few different ways to enjoy steak here at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse, from dinners to sandwiches, and this particular sandwich is a flavorful favorite. Thinly shaved, mouthwatering smoked prime rib is topped with Swiss cheese and our own special 6-pepper sauce.
Cowboy Cobb Salad
We call this one the "King of Salads" because it's not just a few vegetables tossed together on a plate. In addition to a platter full of crisp greens, we generously top those with 3 of our hickory-smoked meats: turkey, ham, and bacon! Then we add even more flavor with hard-boiled egg, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar-jack cheese, and Provel cheese. This enormous salad is so big, we even offer it in a half-portion, just in case the full version is a little too much for you.
