The LOMDA In-Water Boat Show returns to Dog Days April 18-20

The Lake of the Ozarks Marine Dealers Association presents the 2014 In-Water Boat Show at our sister restaurant Dog Days Bar & Grill!! 

The Marine Dealers Association has over 50 Lake of the Ozarks Marine Dealers the represent many different types of boats, accessories, dock equipment and anything else that promotes Lake Lifestyle!!  This will be the perfect opportunity to check out the newest boat models and visit with representatives in person to answer all your questions. 

Make your plans now to be at the Boat Show April 18-20!  We'll have more dealers, more boats, more brands and more vendors.  It's a great day to get out with family or friends for some fun times at Dog Days Bar & Grill.

The Fall Harbor Hop is THIS Weekend at Lake of the Ozarks!!

This weekend is the 2013 Annual Fall Harbor Hop at Lake of the Ozarks!

Once again, our sister restaurants Dog Days Bar & Grill and Shorty Pants Lounge will be participating in the Annual Fall Harbor Hop This is an exciting day of Lake Hopping that is sponsored by the Lake of the Ozarks Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Marine Dealers Association and waterfront restaurants around the Lake area.

The Harbor Hop is an event where participants will "hop" from various restaurants and marinas to draw playing cards in order to build a winning hand that is eligible for prizes.  People that want to participate can donate $15 per seven-card hand.  You can start your hop anywhere and begin drawing your first card at any of the 40+ sponsoring restaurants and marinas.  For a complete list of restaurants and marinas to choose from, go to www.funlake.com/harborhop

Prize Allocations are as follows:

1st Place - 10%
2nd Place - 9%
3rd Place - 8%
4th Place - 7% each
5th-10th Place - 5 % each
4 Worst Hands - 4% each
Random Drawing for 10 Hands - 2% each
(all ties will share the allocated percentage for the placing)

The Bonus - In addition to the regular prize winners, a section winner will be recognized.  To be eligible to be a section winner, a player must draw all seven cards within one of the four sections listed on www.funlake.com/harborhop

LOMD and Marine Max bring Aqua Palooza to Dog Days Bar & Grill!

AquaPalooza is the THE Ultimate summer boating event at Lake of the Ozarks!!  The event is coming up on July 20th, so make sure you mark your calendar now for the largest on water concert at the Lake of the Ozarks!

The Lake Ozark Marine Dealers Association, MarineMax  and Dog Days Bar & Grill invite ALL boaters to gather on land and in the water at Dog Days Bar & Grill 19mm for an afternoon filled with boating, family, friends, and a free live concert with three bands.

AquaPalooza was created by Sea Ray Boats in 2006 and is celebrated in many Lake areas around the United States and Internationally. In most cases, it is an event that welcomes power boaters, sailors, jet skiers, kayakers, canoeists and everyone else who wants to be there. Any boat. Any brand. We hope to see you there.

Full Moon Float In will return to Dog Days Bar & Grill!!!

It's almost time for another fun-filled Dog Days Event ...This Thursday is the Full Moon Float In.  Come out toDog Days Bar & Grilland help us celebrate our first Full Moon of the season!! 

They have a great night planned and believe it or not, they are calling for 60+ degree weather and ZERO chance of rain - so get the boat out and head on over to Dog Days!!  

They will have a $10 Caribbean Buffet featuring Jerked Ribs, Fried Calamari, Conch Fritters and fresh Salads!!  They will also be featuring some new products from Sauza, Budweiser and Red Bull - so be sure to come out and get your drink on with some new featured items from some of the best distributors around!!

You will also be able to enjoy live music by Driving Wheel on the outside stage from 6-10p!  You won't want to miss these parties in 2013, happening every full moon through September.  We'll see YOU at the Dog this Thursday night!!
