What's Happening At The Lake This Weekend?

There are always a lot of great things happening at the Lake of the Ozarks - especially as the weather gets warmer! No matter how old or young you are, the Lake is a great place to spend time with family and good friends. 27th Annual Magic Dragon Street Meet

The Magic Dragon Street Meet is the biggest car show in the Midwest, and it's held every year at the Historic Bagnell Dam Strip here at the Lake of the Ozarks! The 2015 dates are Friday-Saturday, May 1-3. Motorcycles, classic vehicles, bounce houses, great food, and more are all part of this great event. Not only that, but someone will take home a brand new muscle car!

18th Annual Spring Harbor Hop

Every year, the Spring Harbor Hop is the first big weekend for boaters to stretch their sea legs and get back out on water. Lake locals and vacationers alike are looking forward to kicking off another great season at the Spring Harbor Hop 2015 on Saturday, May 2nd. Participants will pick up playing cards at several different participating locations to create a full poker hand, and then submit their completed hands for a chance to win some great prizes!

Our sister restaurants Dog Days Bar & Grill and Shorty Pants Lounge & Marina are both participating in this fun event, so be sure to go see them!! For more information on this event, check out our earlier blog about Spring Harbor Hop 2015.

Spring Harbor Hop 2015!

Mark your calendars!! One of the Lake's favorite annual events is almost here: Spring Harbor Hop 2015!

If you like springtime, boating, sunshine, and poker, then this event is perfect for you! This year's spring harbor hop is coming up in just a few short weeks, and your friends at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse want to be the first to give you all the details!

Spring Harbor Hop 2015

Joining in the fun couldn't be easier! After you make a suggested donation of $20 per hand at your first location, all you have to do is draw one card at the other participating locations you visit until you have a built a complete poker hand. Our sister restaurants Dog Days Bar & Grill and Shorty Pants Lounge & Marina are both participating, so be sure to stop by and see them!!

This year's spring harbor hop is scheduled for Saturday, May 2nd, 2015. Dog Days and Shorty Pants will both be open and ready for action at 11:00 AM, so start early for a great day on the water! In order to be eligible for prizes, completed poker hands must be turned in by 7:00 PM. (Don't forget that each participant can turn in multiple hands!)

Spring Harbor Hop PRIZES

There are a lot of opportunities to win great prizes at the Spring Harbor Hop this year! Prizes will be awarded for each of the following hands:

1st Place - 10%
2nd Place - 9%
3rd Place - 8%
4th Place - 7%
5th-10th Place - 5% each
4 Worst Hands - 4% each
Random Drawing for 10 Hands - 2% each

But wait, there's more! In addition to these main prize winners, a winner will be selected from each of the four sections of participating locations. In order to qualify as a section winner, you must draw all seven cards from locations in each section.
