What is "Gourmet?"
The word gourmet is both a noun and an adjective. If a person claims to be this, they are a connoisseur of fine food and drink. (Fine food and drink is an excellent description of what you will always find at our BBQ restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks!)
Gourmet as an adjective is meant to describe foods that involve high-quality ingredients and skilled preparation. (Yep, still covers the type of cuisine we serve on a daily basis!) It's especially true for the savory sandwiches and wonderful wraps featured in today's blog. Get ready to have your mouth water because the rest of the page is going to make you hungry!

Grilled Turkey Wrap
The original Wobbly Boots wrap! Lightly grilled turkey breast served in a warm wheat tortilla stuffed full of bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar-jack cheese, and ranch dressing.
Turkey Avocado Wrap
Hickory-smoked 100% breast of turkey served in a wheat tortilla with avocado, avocado mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar-jack cheese.
Thin-shaved smoked prime rib and melted Swiss cheese on a hoagie served with a side of au jus.
Reuben
Classic grilled marble rye bread, house-smoked corned beef, warm sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing, and melted Swiss cheese.

Grilled salmon filet served on a hoagie with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado mayo.

Delicate house-smoked salmon paired with a lemon-caper cream cheese and served in a wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
Prime Rib Melt
Succulent house-smoked shaved prime rib topped with Swiss cheese on grilled sourdough bread. It is served with our house-made horsey sauce on the side for an extra kick!
Fried Shrimp Po' Boy
Delicious combination of hand-breaded shrimp with lettuce, tomato, and Cajun mayo served on a hoagie.
Gourmet doesn't need to be overly fancy, it just has to taste great! Wobbly Boots BBQ's gourmet sandwich selections that we've featured today are only the beginning of the culinary delights waiting for you at the Boot.
