Now that we know who will be playing in Super Bowl LII on Sunday, February 4, 2018 (the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Patriots, in case you missed it) it's time to decide how and where you are going to enjoy the big game. There's going to be an all-day party here at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in Osage Beach, but if you're throwing a party of your own at home, pick up some of the best BBQ at the Lake of the Ozarks to serve to your fellow football fans.

Super Party at the Boot
Kickoff is scheduled for 5:30 pm, but since our Sunday Happy Hour lasts all day long, our party starts at 11:00 am when we open the doors. You might want to get here early to make sure you get a good spot, but since we have 21 TVs positioned all around the restaurant plus that giant projection screen, every single seat is actually a great one!

Awesome Appetizers at the Boot

Sometimes you're hungry, but not really in the mood for an entire meal. The appetizer menu at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse is perfect for that! It's also great for holding you over until your meal arrives, or sharing with a table full of friends. This time of year, our appetizer menu is also filled with some of the tastiest food to eat while you watch football. 

The best BBQ restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks has an extensive starters menu, and some of our most popular items can be found on it. You are going to love the selection that you'll find there.

Award Winning Wobbly Wings
These juicy, jumbo chicken wings are coated in our special house dry rub and slow-roasted to perfection in our hickory pit. They come with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping, and can be ordered plain or with one of these amazing wing sauces:

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Smoked chicken breast mixed in a buffalo creamy cheese dip, topped with Provel cheese and baked to a golden brown. It is served with tri-colored tortilla chips.

Chicken Tenders
4 fresh chicken tenders, hand-breaded and coated to a golden brown, served traditional or tossed in one of our wing sauces.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
6 large gulf shrimp individually wrapped with our hickory-smoked bacon and grilled to perfection.

Ribbies & Wings  
Two of our most popular items: 4 individual pork spare ribs & 6 Wobbly Wings.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
A bountiful blend of blue crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar-jack cheese, and special seasoning, all stuffed in large mushroom caps and topped with Provel cheese and baked to a golden brown. 

Cajun Dusted Shrimp
6 juicy gulf shrimp coated in spicy Cajun seasoning and sauteed in a white wine and butter sauce. 

Fried Pickles
A half-pound of pickle chips, hand-breaded in our special seasoned flour and fried to a golden brown. They're served with our chipotle ranch. 

Brisket Quesadilla
Smoked beef brisket, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, and cheddar-jack cheese grilled in a wheat tortilla. It's served with a side of salsa and sour cream. 

Our Famous Onion Rings
A heaping stack of thick-cut yellow onions, hand-breaded to order and deep-fried to a golden brown. We serve these big rings with chipotle ranch.

Texas Fries
Seasoned curly fries smothered in spicy queso cheese, bacon, green onions, and cheddar-jack cheese and served with a side of jalapenos. 

BBQ Pork Nachos
Tri-colored tortilla chips covered with spicy queso sauce and topped with pulled pork, baked beans, cheddar-jack cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions.

Menu Showdown: Ribs vs. Wings

Here we go. It's time for another Wobbly Boots Roadhouse Menu Showdown! In honor of football season, we're pitting a couple of our mouth-watering BBQ items against each other that any football fan would love to munch on while watching the game.

The best BBQ at the Lake of the Ozarks comes out of our kitchen, and two of our most popular items are the Wobbly Wings and our BBQ Ribs. Both equally as delicious as the next... or are they? We're asking all of you to try to pick a favorite between these two hickory-smoked dishes. Think you can? Get plenty of napkins ready, because this could get messy. 

Ribs
You simply can't think "BBQ" and not imagine a great big plate of tender, juicy ribs. Here at the Boot, you've got two choices when it comes to ribs: Baby Back Ribs and Classic Pork Spare Ribs. 

They each begin their cooking journey by getting coated in our special dry rub. After that, we slow-smoke them over hickory logs to perfection, and the Baby Back Ribs get a light turn on the grill. Next, we coat all of the ribs with our secret recipe house-made BBQ sauce. Depending on how hungry you are, these are available by the slab and half slab.    

Wobbly Wings
Next up, the tenderest chicken wings you're going to find anywhere. Our award-winning Wobbly Wings are pretty hard to resist. These jumbo, bone-in wings are given a similar treatment to what the ribs go through, but turn out with a flavor that's all their own. We start with that special dry rub, then slow-roast them in the hickory pit until they are simply irresistible.

The flavor is so amazing, there's really no need for any sauce, but we've got four incredible options for you if you happen to enjoy sauce on your hot wings.

First of all, the Ribbies & Wings plate is exactly what it sounds like. A big plate filled with 4 individual pork spare ribs and half a dozen Wobbly wings. If you can handle just a bit more deliciousness, you should give the Wobbly Boots Sampler a try. Not only does it feature 4 Wobbly wings and 4 spare ribs, but it also contains 4 of our giant, hand-breaded onion rings along with 4 large bacon wrapped gulf shrimp. Definitely a winner!

Wobbly Boots Ribbies & Wings

Two of our most popular items are the perfect food to feature on your Superbowl party buffet.  Both are slow-smoked and coated in the most mouth-watering sauces.  Ribbies get our incredible house recipe BBQ sauce, and wings can come with BBQ, Original, Chipotle Buffalo, or Teriyaki sauces.

Texas Fries

Nachos

Two of our Lake of the Ozarks restaurants have their own version of this tasty treat.  Wobbly Boots' BBQ Pork Nachos contain tri-colored chips covered with spicy queso sauce and topped with pulled pork, baked beans, cheddar-jack cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions.  Dog Days makes Nachos with corn tortilla chips smothered in chili con queso, pico de gallo, and jalapenos, served with salsa and sour cream.  You even have the option to add spicy ground beef, jerk chicken, steak or seafood.  

Crab Rangoon

A delicious blend of crab meat, cream cheese, and herbs stuffed in crispy wonton skins and served with our sweet and sour mango dipping sauce.
