This soup was simply too tasty to put into the "Soup of the Day" rotation, plus, it pairs so very well our mouth-watering BBQ dishes. We make this rich, creamy treat with big chunks of potatoes, and then garnish it with cheddar-jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions. Veggies, dairy, and bacon... everything that a hungry tummy needs for lunch!
